On Purpose...On Purpose

Our Father is calling us to be more than present. He is calling us to be intentional.

Briefly: “Walk circumspectly” means to walk carefully…

accurately…

on purpose.

Not careless. Not reactive. Not drifting through moments, but aware, focused, and aligned.

Every step matters:

How we respond in that conversation... on purpose.

How we handle pressure... on purpose.

How we carry His peace... on purpose.

Because when we are not intentional, we will default to habit, emotion, and/or environment.

But wisdom says:

Slow down.

Pay attention.

Choose our steps.

We don’t have to be perfect, but we do have to be purposeful. There is a level of maturity where we must choose to stop saying:

“That’s just how I am,”

and start declaring,

“This is how I choose to walk in Christ Jesus.”

We are not just moving through our day, we are ordained to walk out His purposes... on purpose.

Prayer

Our Father, thank You for calling us to walk in wisdom. Thank You for helping us to slow down and become aware of how we are living. Thank You for teaching us to move with intention, not impulse. We choose to guard our steps, our words, and our responses. Thank You for giving us the discipline to choose wisely in every moment. We don't choose to drift, we want to walk according to Your purposes. We choose to live aware…intentional…and aligned with You. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
