Align with His Design

Ponder This

Before life ever started shaping you, Our Father designed you. You are not random. You are not an accident. You are not a reaction to pain. But when we drift from His design, we often move into suppression, burying parts of ourselves just to cope. Yet what we suppress turns inward.

Suppression can fuel depression and disease, because we were never created to carry life internally without healthy release.

You weren’t created just to survive life.You were created to express Heaven’s design. Returning to that design takes discipline. It requires seeking the Lord. It requires denying ourselves - saying no to old patterns, fear, and flesh-led choices. Every “no” to what pulls you away from Our Father is a “yes” to alignment. You are not defined by what happened to you. You are defined by what Our Father designed.

Reflection

• Where have I been living by default instead of design?

• What part of me have I been suppressing instead of surrendering?

• What do I need to deny so I can realign?

Prayer

Our Father, thank You for designing me on purpose. Forgive me for drifting into survival mode and burying what You placed in me. I release suppression and the heaviness it brings. Heal the places where what I’ve held inside has weighed on my mind and body. Give me discipline to seek You and strength to deny what pulls me away from Your will. Restore what I’ve silenced and realign me with Your design. I choose alignment over comfort and obedience over impulse. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
