Clarity Flows from Communion
Scripture
“In thy light shall we see light.”
— Psalm 36:9 (KJV)
“This do in remembrance of me.”
— Luke 22:19 (KJV)
Ponder This
Clarity does not begin with answers. Clarity begins with His presence.
Communion is not merely prayer, and it is not religious routine. Communion is intentional nearness, the posture of abiding in Our Father rather than speaking at Him. It is shared attention. It is awareness. It is remaining connected to Our Father without performance or pressure. This is why daily communion, partaking of the bread and the cup, matters.
When we take communion, we are not repeating a ritual; we are re-centering our awareness. The elements slow us down. They draw our attention from distraction and back to remembrance. Bread reminds us: He is our substance. The cup reminds us: We are purchased by the blood of Jesus, and live in covenant, not circumstances.
Partaking daily communion elements trains our heart to stay present. It gently anchors our soul in Christ’s finished work. As remembrance increases, striving decreases. As awareness deepens, clarity rises.
Scripture tells us that it is in His light that we see light. Communion, both relational and sacramental, keeps us in the light. Outside of communion, the mind works alone. Inside communion, the mind is illuminated.
Jesus lived from this place. He withdrew often, not to escape responsibility, but to remain in communion with Our Father. From that nearness came clear direction, steady authority, and unshaken peace. When we skip communion, clarity feels urgent and forced. When we practice communion, especially through daily remembrance, clarity flows freely and supernaturally.
You do not have to chase clarity. You are invited to abide.
Prayer
Our Father, I release the pressure to figure everything out. I choose communion - nearness, remembrance, and presence with You. As I choose to partake of the bread and the cup, I am excited about increasing my awareness of Christ within me. I choose to let clarity flow from connection, peace from presence, and direction from abiding. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Communion Practice
Each day, when possible:
• Take both elements of communion (bread or bread-like element that represents His body, and drink that represents His blood).
• Pause. Acknowledge His presence. Remember what Christ did for us.
• Communicate from your heart. Thank Him. Thank Our Father. Allow Holy Spirit to lead you in this conversation. Connect with Our Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.
Do not rush. Do not analyze. Be present and enJOY divine presence.
Clarity will follow communion.
