Go Through Trusting!

Scripture

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Ponder This

We all have moments when we wish Our Father would take us around the trial instead of through it. We pray for the door to open, the pain to end, or the answer to come quickly. Yet many times, His plan is not to remove the valley but to walk with us through it.

Trust is not proven when life is easy. Trust is revealed when we keep walking even when we cannot see the outcome. It says, “Our Father, I don’t understand what You’re doing, but I know who You are.”

Going through doesn’t mean He has abandoned us. It often means He is refining us, strengthening us, and teaching us to depend on Him instead of ourselves. Every step we take in trust is another opportunity to discover His faithfulness.

Be encouraged not to spend your energy trying to escape what Our Father is using to shape you. Keep moving forward. Keep obeying. Keep believing. What He has started, He will complete.

Reflection

Am I spending more time trying to get out of this season, or trusting Our Father to lead me through it?

Prayer

Our Father, I choose to trust You with my whole heart. Even when I don’t understand, thank You for helping me to keep following Your lead. Strengthen me. I trust You to accomplish Your purposes in and through my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
