Leaders Connect

“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”

Ponder This
Effective leadership begins with communion (connection). Leaders commune first with Our Father, abiding in Him organically and allowing His sweet fruit to flow. Holy Spirit-led leaders connect with one another, walking in unity rather than isolation. From that place, effective leaders (laborers) reach outward to compel, teach, and invite the world to the banquet table of The Kingdom of Heaven.
When communion (connection) is pure and sweet, effective leadership will organically produce much fruit.
Prayer
Our Father, thank You for inviting us into pure and sweet communion. Thank You for teaching us to abide in You, commune with Your Body in the earth, to walk in unity, and to reach the world with truth and love. We choose to reconcile in every aspect that aligns us with Your greatest capacity of love and effective leadership. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
