Call to Glory, Live in Virtue
Scripture
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.”
— 2 Peter 1:3 (KJV)
Ponder This
Our Father did not call you to survive, He called you to glory and virtue. Glory is not a distant Heaven concept; it is the weight of Our Father’s presence resting within and resting upon a yielded life. It is who you carry before it is what you do. From that place of glory flows virtue- the strength to live in alignment with who Our Father is in you. Virtue is not willpower. It is glory expressed through obedience.
When we try to walk in virtue without recognizing the glory we carry, growth feels heavy. But when we remember who has called us, and what He has placed within us, discipline becomes an act of agreement, not strain.
Our Father has already supplied everything required for life and godliness. The call is not to strive for more, but to live from what has already been given.
Prayer
Our Father, thank You for calling me to carry Your presence and to express it through my life. I receive the glory You have placed within me, and I yield to the virtue You desire to form through me. I choose alignment over striving, obedience over effort, and transformation over performance. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Declaration
I am called to glory. I live in virtue. I walk from divine supply, not human strength.
