Choose to Wait with Comfort and Joy

Choose to Wait with Comfort and Joy
Scripture: Psalm 27:14 (KJV)
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.”
Ponder This
Waiting can be difficult when we want answers, relief, or change. We may feel tempted to rush ahead or lose hope when nothing seems to be happening.
David encourages us to wait on the Lord with courage. We can find comfort in Our Father’s presence and joy in His goodness, even while we have unanswered questions. As we wait, let us pray, obey what He has already shown us, and give thanks for today’s blessings. He can strengthen our hearts through the waiting.
Reflection
How can I receive Our Father’s comfort and practice joy while I wait?
Prayer
Our Father, thank You for comforting my heart and strengthening me while I wait. Thank You for helping me to rest in Your presence and to receive joy today. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
