Deliverance Through Surrender

Deliverance Through Surrender

Scripture

“Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but Thine, be done.”

Luke 22:42 (KJV)

Ponder This

Obedience is action. Surrender is posture.

Deliverance authority grows when your will bows to His will. Jesus showed us the pattern in Gethsemane: “Not my will, but Thine, be done.”

Surrender is where:

• pride breaks

• clarity increases

• the flesh loses power

• the heart becomes soft

• Heaven can trust your vessel

A surrendered vessel is a clean vessel, an available vessel, and a powerful vessel.

Your Focus Today

Ask Holy Spirit to help you surrender:

• your reactions

• your timeline

• your emotions

• your preferences

• your desire to control outcomes

Surrender is training. Surrender is cleansing. Surrender is strength.

Activation

Ask Holy Spirit:

• “What am I holding?”

• “Where am I resisting?”

• “What do You want me to release today?”

Then say out loud:

“Lord, I surrender ______(whatever He showed you)______ to You.”

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I surrender. Align my will with Yours. I am open to You removing my resistance, and my hesitation. Make my surrender pure, quick, and joyful so my vessel stays clean and ready for Your use. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
