Held to Heal: Deliverance in His Embrace

Held to Heal: Deliverance in His Embrace

Scripture

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

Psalm 91:1 (KJV)

Ponder This

Science says a hug calms our mind, lowers stress, stabilizes our heart, and strengthens our body. Our Father designed this truth long before science discovered it.

Psalm 91 paints a picture of being held - abiding under Our Father’s shadow. His presence does for our spirit what a hug does for our body:

• Fear lowers

• Anxiety breaks

• Safety rises

• Your whole being resets

Deliverance begins with safety. A regulated heart hears Our Father. A calm mind discerns truth. A still soul receives freedom. People cannot fight what they fear. In Our Father's embrace, fear loses its voice, lies lose their strength, and the soul becomes ready to let go.

Before deliverance comes authority, before authority comes identity, and before identity comes abiding. Deliverance starts in His presence - in the place where we are held, covered, and safe.

Prayer

Our Father, thank You for drawing me into Your shadow to calm my heart, quiet my mind, and steady my spirit. From this place of safety, thank You for freeing me, filling me, and strengthening me. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Activation

Take one deep breath and say, “I am held by our loving Father. I am safe. Deliverance belongs to me, and I can freely minister deliverance as I obey the voice of Holy Spirit with a pure heart.”
