Stay Where You Belong
Scripture
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
– Ephesians 2:6 (KJV)
Ponder This
The devil and systems of this world often try to pull us down - through discouragement, temptation, or the weight of daily struggles. Yet Our Father's plan has never been for us to stay bound by the low places. In Christ, we have been raised up together and seated in Heavenly places. This is more than a promise of where we will be one day after this life, it is a present reality of where we belong right now in Him.
To stay where you belong is to recognize your true identity in Christ. You don’t belong in defeat, shame, or fear. You belong in the presence of Our Father, walking in the authority of His promises, and living from a place of victory that Christ already secured at the cross.
Even when trouble surrounds you, you are not left powerless. Our Father invites you to walk through every challenge, to overcome by His strength, and to transcend above circumstances with the perspective of Heaven. Where the devil and the world systems say “stay down,” Our Father says “rise up.” He lifts you higher in faith, higher in hope, and higher in love - into a new perspective that sees beyond the problem and lives in the reality of His power.
Prayer
Father, thank You for lifting me up from sin, despair, and brokenness, and seating me with Christ in Heavenly places. I choose to walk each day in the confidence of who I am in You. Thank You for reminding me that I belong in Your presence, not in the low places of fear or defeat. Strengthen me to walk through, overcome, and transcend every kind of trouble by Your grace. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Declaration
I will not stay in the place where life or circumstances try to keep me. I am lifted up in Christ to walk through, overcome, and transcend every challenge. I will stay where I belong, seated with Him in Heavenly places, walking in victory, peace, and purpose.
