Wonder!

Wonder!

Scripture

“Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.”

— Job 37:14 KJV

Reflection

Wonder is the doorway to worship. It’s that heart-pause that reminds us we are small, but deeply seen by a big and wonderful Father in Heaven; Our Creator. The same Father who paints the skies at dawn also writes beauty into our ordinary days. When you allow yourself to experience wonder, you make room for His presence to interrupt routine with revelation.

So often we rush past miracles disguised as moments - a smile, a sunrise, a word in due season. But the posture of wonder slows us down enough to recognize that grace is everywhere. It’s in the breath you just took, the strength you didn’t think you had, the peace that makes no sense, and another birthday to celebrate.

Childlike wonder revives the soul. It restores joy and faith where fatigue has lived too long. Our Father doesn’t just want you to know about Him; He wants you to marvel at Him. Wonder keeps your faith alive and your heart open to discovery.

Prayer

Father, renew my sense of wonder. Help me see You in everything. I desire not to overlook Your wonders. I choose for wonder to rise in me again - over who You are, what You’ve done, and what You’re still doing in my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Declaration

I live in wonder! I see Our Father’s fingerprints in every detail of my life. My eyes are open, and my heart is full of awe.

Activation

Take a few minutes to step outside or sit quietly. Observe one thing Our Father created and write what it reveals about His character. Let that reflection lead you into praise.
