Anchored. Alert. Anointed.

Anchored. Alert. Anointed.

Scripture:

“But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.”

Jude 1:20–21 (NIV)

Reflection:

In uncertain days, God isn’t calling us to panic, He’s calling us to prepare. This preparation doesn’t come through fear, but through faith, prayer, and a heart that stays full of love and light.

You are called to be:

Anchored in truth

Alert in the Spirit

Anointed for the times

These aren’t just survival strategies. They are the posture of a ready bride!

***Anchored – “Build yourselves up in your most holy faith”

Staying anchored means planting yourself in God’s promises, not today’s pressures.

When the winds blow, your soul stays firm...because you’ve built on the Rock.

Declare this:

“I will not drift. I am rooted in Your Word.”

***Alert – “Praying in the Holy Spirit”

Staying spiritually alert is not about paranoia, it’s about posture. Like the wise virgins in Matthew 25, who kept oil in their lamps, we stay prepared by keeping our spiritual life lit.

“The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps.

Matthew 25:4 (NIV)

"But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.”

Matthew 25:10 (NIV)

Don’t wait until the midnight cry to go find your oil. Fill up now! Daily.

Pray this very often:

“Holy Spirit, fill me again. Keep my flame alive.”

***Anointed – “Keep yourselves in God’s love”

Being anointed doesn’t mean being loud. It means being empowered by love to carry out your purpose with courage and grace. The love of God will keep you from bitterness, offense, and burnout. It’s your holy covering in the last days.

Declare this:

“I’m not just surviving, I’m sent. I am anointed to stand and shine.”

Prayer:

Lord, make me like the wise virgins, full of oil and ready for Your return. Anchor my soul in truth, awaken my spirit in prayer without ceasing, and release the anointing on my life to do what You’ve called me to do. I won’t fear the days, I’ll shine in them. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
