Before the Weeping Begins

Scripture:

“And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

—Matthew 13:42 (KJV)

A Word for Intercessors:

This is the hour to cry loud and spare not. Jesus warned of a time coming when weeping and gnashing of teeth will echo from those who waited too long, hardened their hearts, or assumed they had more time.

The weeping is not just pain, it’s regret. The gnashing of teeth is not just suffering, it’s the torment of missed opportunity. These are the cries of people who ignored the knock on the door of grace.

Intercessors, we must stand in the gap now. We pray. We warn. We invite. We cry out so that others don’t have to cry out in eternal sorrow. Every prayer, every witness, every moment matters.

The door of mercy is still open, but not forever. Share this truth not in fear, but in urgency, compassion, and love. Jesus is calling. Let us call too.

Prayer:

Lord Almighty, we stand in the gap for those who are drifting, doubting, or delaying. Awaken their hearts. Shake them from slumber. Lead them to hear Your call while there is still time. Use us to shine Your light. We do not desire to see one soul lost under our watch. Show us strategies to win those that are lost. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
