Command, Release, and Trust
Scripture Focus
Job 22:28 (KJV) – “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
Mark 11:23 (ESV) – “Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.”
Mark 9:24 (KJV) – “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.”
Ponder This
Our Father has already spoken promises over our lives. Healing, peace, provision, reconciliation - these are not distant dreams, but realities released from Heaven. Harvest! The challenge is not whether God has said “yes,” but whether we will shift into our rightful place of authority to call it forth.
To command is not to force Our Father's hand - it is to align with His will already established. It's us agreeing that what He has in his arms, we want to receive it. Visually engage with this. See Him handing it to us for a deeper revelation that will help our flesh take it from His arms. Just as Jesus spoke to storms and mountains, we are invited to speak boldly. Our words, when rooted in faith, open up our arms to become carriers of Heaven’s decree and release.
But here’s the key: our core (all parts of us) must exercise faith. If you know that even a part of your heart is wrestling with doubt, don’t ignore it. Address it quickly with honest confession before the Lord: “I believe, but help my unbelief.” Our Father honors authenticity. Faith does not mean never wrestling, it means bringing even our weakness before Him and trusting Him to strengthen us.
Activation
1. Command Daily
Speak the Word with authority: “I command peace to manifest. I command doors of opportunity to open. I command healing to be established, and so forth...”
2. Release Daily
Hand it over to Our Father fully. Release the need to control outcomes or timelines.
3. Trust Daily
After you’ve commanded and released, shift into thanksgiving. Trust in the assurance that it is finished.
Prayer
Our Father, thank You for the promises You have spoken and released to me. I agree and command them to overtake my life and elevate me, as well as my territory. I choose to yield myself to trust in the assurance that it is finished. Strengthen my faith, and when unbelief tries to creep in to lead me out of agreement with You, help me acknowledge and confess it quickly because I choose to trust You completely. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
