Scripture Reading: Acts 19
Scripture: Acts 19:11-12
“God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured, and the evil spirits left them.”
Devotion:
In this passage, we witness a powerful truth: God’s miraculous power is limitless and beyond our understanding. He chose to work through Paul, even using simple items like handkerchiefs and aprons to bring healing and deliverance. This wasn’t because of anything special in the items themselves but because God’s presence and power flowed through Paul’s life.
Just as God worked through Paul, He desires to work through us today. Our lives, though ordinary, can be vessels for extraordinary miracles when surrendered to Him. God uses willing hearts, faith-filled lives, and even the simplest acts of obedience to bring His healing, hope, and deliverance to others.
Reflection:
Are you open to being a vessel for God’s extraordinary miracles? Trust that God can use even the smallest act of faith to touch lives and transform situations beyond what you can imagine. Today, ask God to work through you in ways that reveal His power and love to those around you.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for Your mighty power. Use me as a vessel for Your extraordinary miracles. Help me trust that, in Your hands, even the simplest acts of faith can bring healing and hope to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
