Prepare to Share

Prepare to Share

Scripture: “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”

– 1 Peter 3:15 (KJV)

Preparation begins in the heart. God calls us to be ready, not just with words but with a life that reflects His goodness and power. To prepare to share is to nurture intimacy with Him, to seek His wisdom, and to allow His truth to saturate every part of our being.

Jesus spent years preparing His disciples, teaching them, empowering them, and praying for them. When the time came, they shared the gospel with power and clarity. Preparation is more than knowing the right words; it’s embodying the truth you proclaim.

Are you preparing to share your testimony? Your story of grace? Your reason for hope? Being prepared means spending time in His Word, letting His Spirit fill you, and allowing His love to flow through you. What you have to share is valuable, necessary, and unique.

Reflection:

How are you preparing to share God’s love and truth with others? Is your heart ready to speak of His goodness at any moment? Are you allowing God to refine and fill you so that your testimony overflows with authenticity and power?

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, prepare me to share Your truth boldly and lovingly. Help me to nurture my relationship with You so that my words and actions reflect Your heart. Let my preparation be rooted in intimacy with You, ready to testify of Your goodness whenever the opportunity arises. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Takeaway:

Prepare to share by letting God’s Word and Spirit continually work in you, so your testimony flows from a place of genuine transformation and grace.
