Stepping Into Momentum: Acknowledging God’s Movement
(Let's not miss the harvest!)
Main Scripture:
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and the light will shine on thy ways.”
— Job 22:28 (KJV)
What Does It Mean to Step into Momentum?
Momentum is more than movement, it’s the unfolding evidence of God’s orchestration in your life. It’s not something you force. It’s something you recognize and respond to; step into!
To step into momentum means:
• You acknowledge that God is already moving before the outcome is visible.
• You don’t just pray for change, you discern where change has already begun and align with it.
• You stop asking God to start something new, and start asking Him, “Where are You already at work that I need to join You?”
Acknowledging God’s movement is what gives you permission to move. His momentum is an invitation, not to wait, but to walk in His purposes.
Sometimes the shift doesn’t come with pleasurable circumstances, it comes in the form of discomfort, redirection, or spiritual pressure. But if you don’t pause to perceive and acknowledge it, you’ll miss the window to move forward.
Why Acknowledgment Matters:
When you acknowledge the orchestration of God, you activate divine alignment. When you don’t, you risk settling in a place where the glory has already moved on.
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
— Proverbs 3:6 (NKJV)
Acknowledging His movement means:
• Submitting to divine timing even when it disrupts your own
• Trusting His lead even when your logic can’t track it
• Moving boldly, knowing Heaven is already ahead of you
You cannot enter the momentum of greater while clinging to the mentality of the past.
Prayer:
Father, I choose to acknowledge that You are moving, even when I can’t trace it. I trust that You are orchestrating something bigger than I understand. Forgive me for the times I dismissed Your direction because I was waiting for a dramatic sign. Today, I choose to perceive the subtle shifts, respond with bold faith, and step fully into Your momentum. I choose to align my heart with Your movement. I ask that You help me not miss my harvest of which I prayed for, longed for, and believed You for. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Agreement:
I acknowledge God’s movement in my life. I no longer wait for it - I step into it. I no longer hesitate, I move in sync with Heaven. I will not miss the harvest. I step into divine momentum. Greater is here, and I’m moving with it.
Activation:
1. Pause and Perceive – Take 5 minutes in stillness. Ask: “God, where are You moving in my life that I need to acknowledge?”
2. Make One Move – Take action today—make the call, send the email, start the task. Move with the wind, not against it.
3. Journal the Evidence – Write 3 things that show God is moving in your life – even if they seem small.
Reflection Questions:
• Where have I been praying for movement but ignoring God’s cues?
• What evidence of divine momentum have I overlooked?
• What step can I take today to align with what God is already doing?
Final Thought:
Stepping into momentum is not just about acceleration, it’s about agreement. When you acknowledge His movement, you unlock your own. This is your season of harvest. Don’t miss it. Step into it. This is what we have warred for!!!
