We Are the Work of His Heart

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.”

Ponder This

We, the body of Christ, are not a random assembly of people. We are God’s masterpiece, crafted with purpose, called with destiny, and shaped by love. We are the work of His heart.

Before time began, God had us in mind. He formed us individually, yes....but He also knit us together as a people, a family of faith. Every part of our journey is held in His hands...the places that feel finished, and the parts still being formed.

God isn’t looking for perfection from us, He’s looking for partnership. He calls us to walk with Him, to trust Him, and to live as a reflection of His heart in the earth. Even when we feel weary, unfinished, or unqualified, He is still crafting something beautiful out of our surrender.

Our struggles don’t disqualify us, they’re part of the shaping. Our setbacks don’t stop Him, they slow us down long enough to see His hand. Together, we are being built into something glorious - a living testimony of grace, hope, and purpose.

Prayer

Papa God, thank You that we are the work of Your heart. As Your body, thank You for forming us into a people who reflect Your love, carry Your truth, and move by Your Spirit. We need, want, and choose to embrace Your help. Thank You for helping us to trust that You are still shaping us, individually and collectively. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
