What Is Your Kingdom of God Birthright?

What Is Your Kingdom of God Birthright?

Scripture: “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV)

Reflection:

As children of God, you have a Kingdom birthright. It’s not something you earned but something you inherited through your relationship with Jesus Christ. Your birthright includes:

Identity: You are part of a royal priesthood. You belong to God’s Kingdom, marked and set apart for His purposes.

Authority: As a Kingdom citizen, you have authority to speak, pray, and act in alignment with God’s will.

Access: You have access to God’s presence, His promises, and His power to overcome challenges and obstacles.

Inheritance: Your inheritance includes peace, joy, righteousness, healing, wisdom, and every spiritual blessing in Christ.

So often, life’s challenges, doubts, and disappointments can make you forget your birthright. But God is calling you to remember who you are and what has been freely given to you.

Practical Steps:

1. Acknowledge Your Birthright: Speak words of truth over yourself. “I am chosen. I am loved. I am equipped. I have a divine inheritance.”

2. Act in Your Authority: Pray boldly, knowing you have access to God’s throne.

3. Access Your Inheritance: Tap into the peace, joy, and wisdom God has already given you.

Prayer:

ABBA, thank You for my Kingdom birthright. Help me to walk in the fullness of what You have given me. Thanks for reminding me daily that I am chosen, empowered, and equipped by You. I receive the blessings You have provided and declare Your goodness over my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
